GST Notice

GST is applicable on all services and will be added to all advertised cost.

Deposit Policy

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. This deposit confirms your booking and will be deducted from your total charge on the day of your treatment.

  • You have forty-eight (48) business hours before your appointment to make any changes or cancel without forfeiting the deposit.

​

  • Failure to provide notice within the specified time frame or failure to attend the appointment will result in a charge equivalent to 20% of the total cost. Please note that we do not retain credit card details.

Returns

The deposit is refundable if you notify us of your cancellation within the forty-eight (48) hour window.

3. Booking Fees & Redeemable Consultations

When you schedule an appointment with Clinica Cosmetics, we collect personal and financial information to process your booking fee or deposit.

  • Redeemable Consultation Policy: Consultation fees are strictly redeemable as a treatment credit only if you proceed with and book your recommended treatment plan on the day of your consultation. * Execution of Treatment: The recommended treatment does not need to be physically performed on the day of the consultation. However, it must be successfully secured and booked into our system during your visit.

  • Application of Credit: Upon booking your recommended treatment on the day, your paid consultation fee will be held and automatically deducted as a credit from the final cost of that specific treatment when performed. If you choose not to proceed with or book a recommended treatment plan on the day of your consultation, the fee is retained as a standalone charge for our clinicians' professional time, analysis, and plan formulation.

4. Personal Information via the Website (Cookies)

Most commercial websites use ‘cookies’ to enhance your browsing experience. Cookies are pieces of information sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive to remember your preferences. Cookies do not identify you personally.
