The Clinica Circle is our way of saying thank you to the clients who love what we do and want to share it. When you introduce someone to Clinica Cosmetics and they complete their first treatment, you both receive 10% off a treatment.

How It Works

Make an Introduction

Tell a friend, family member, or colleague about Clinica Cosmetics. Someone you genuinely believe would love the experience.

They Mention Your Name

They visit and mention your name when they come in for their first treatment, they simply confirm your full name with our team.

You Both Save

Once their first treatment is complete, they receive 10% off that visit and you receive 10% off your next full-priced treatment. No expiry. No rush.

The next time you are in, simply mention the Clinica Circle to our team. Or if someone you know is ready to book, let them know to confirm your name when they visit. That is all it takes.

Terms and Conditions

· The Clinica Circle reward applies to full-priced treatments only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

· The referring client's 10% credit is activated once the person they introduced completes their first treatment at Clinica. Credits are not issued for bookings that are cancelled or not attended.

· Each successful referral earns one credit of 10% off one full-priced treatment. Credits cannot be combined or applied to a single treatment as a stacked discount.

· There is no limit to the number of people a client may introduce to Clinica. Each successful referral earns a separate credit, used one at a time.

· Credits do not expire.

· The Clinica Circle is available to existing Clinica clients only. The person being introduced must be genuinely new to Clinica. The program is not available to lapsed or returning clients re-entering as a new client.

· Clinica Cosmetics reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Clinica Circle program at any time. Any credits already earned at the time of any change will be honoured.
